You may have arrived here expecting to read about my bad experience with
a service provider, who was named and shamed on this webpage.

After much denial on the part of the company concerned,
they agreed to abide by the views of an arbitrator, and my complaint was found to be entirely justified.
I received appropriate compensation.

Because of the seriousness of the complaint, and the irresponsible attitude of the service provider,
I decided to keep the details of this case on this webpage.
However, it is now over 1 year since the settlement was agreed, so I have now removed the
details in the hope that the company has mended its ways.
